Hi Lori,
It won't get you plants this year, but the Species Iris Group of North
America (SIGNA) has an annual seed exchange which usually lists both blue and
white tectorum. We have started some from seed which seem to be growing well
in our northern Ohio, Zone 5 garden, which has about neutral pH.
