and saw this - three stalks, 9 buds, great branching.
Seemed to be doing fine!
BEST BET has a reputation for bloom-out in this area
also.
CONGRATULATIONS seems to do well in this area.
My favorite neglecta is MYSTIC LACE - strong growth,
early bloom, great ruffles.
