The double flowered pseud. is I. Pseudacorus 'Floreplena' (not sure I've spelled that correctly, and I don't want to take time to go look it up) which is not such a rarity.  I think it has already been registered, though I would not take an oath on that.  One could look it up if one had the R & I books.  I got it several yearsago from Mark Cook ("Big Alligator" of this list), who then lived in Kentucky.  I don't know if he still has it in Florida (Mark?) or where he got it.
