When an Iris is registered, it is registered under a name given by the
person doing the registering. If introduced, it is introduced under the same
name. Before introduction, it is still considered a seedling.
Until introduction, it can be shown by the person who registered the
plant. Others can show the plant [legally] if they have permission. Annette
did have proper permission to show KENTUCKY FROST and/or KENTUCKY MOONBEAM.
