SPU: spuria ssp. carthaliniae


	Okay I'm a little confused.  From reading Shear's book "The Gardener's Iris 
Book" I understand that spurias need dry conditions. From searching the 
archives I get the impression that carthaliniae likes it wet. Now this is 
what I think is going on. The spurias that need dry are the hybrids currently 
being sold in the US and that carthaliniae does like it wet. Am I on the 
right track?
