TB:Pigments

This is my first posting, so I hope I'm doing this
correctly. I found a reference to an article by
Ashtakala and Forward. 1971. Pigmentation in Iris
Hybrids. Canadian Journal of Botany 49:
1965-1973,1975-1979. There is supposed to be mention
of irises containing kaempferol in this journal
article. If anyone has access to this information, I
would just like to know the irises that tested
positive for kaempferol. The reference was in TWOI and
mentioned a confirmation in the AIS bulletin, but I
don't have the book with me right now to give the
exact copy (it would be relatively long ago I figure).
I'm hoping to inbreed kaempferol containing varieties
after outbreeding first to diverse others. Maybe a
crossover event would eventually give a pelargonidin
producing (red) iris. Thanks in advance for any help, Tom.
