Yep, that's them.  In preparation for next year, I found a stack of
bundles of white string tags at Kmart, so bought two, plus a 14
compartment transparent daily pill minder, and searched diligently for
flat colored toothpicks there and a few other places.  Party picks these
days come with cute little frilly ribbon handles, or are turned (like
fancy tiny table legs), or are made in the shape of pirate cutlasses out
of plastic.  At least the latter are colored, so I bought a package of
those.  No flat picks in sight, colored or otherwise.  I wonder if my
local hardware store can order some or maybe have some made... maybe
this winter, I can split some of the round ones into quarters and dye
them with food coloring......sounds like a nice project for Martha
Stewart....
