Re: HYB:Is THORNBIRD not a good cross?


Walter. . . once again, thanks so much for sharing info. on what colors to
cross to get better offspring.  As I said, I am a novice at this, but had
never heard that.  I'll have to remember that for next year's efforts.

This year I successfully crossed:  BOOGIE WOOGIE X BEAUX ARTS, MOONLIT SEA X
MABEL ANDREWS, and LIGHTNING STREAK X MYSTIQUE (all in addition to the
THORNBIRD cross.)  Looks pretty random, huh?  I guess I'll just see what I
get.

I also have two seedlings growing outside now from last year's crosses.  The
parents are:  DESIGNING WOMAN X MEZMERIZER.
