About the closest to your description would be
Tennison Ridge ('89 Begley) If you're willing
to live with plum Burgundy on white plicata,
It does rebloom regularly here in California.
I've heard that Schreiners has a red & white
plicata, never seen it and don't think it's been
introduced.
