Just too early yet in Zone 5.I am on the south edge of zone 5 and TB' just started yesterday. SIB don't start untill TB"s are almost done. Yet I have stalks starting on SIB's now

My mother has Syberian Iris's She has divided them and moved them to
a sunnier spot. But they haven't bloomed in two years. There are even
some newer bulbs that haven't bloomed either. They show no signs of
disease at all. We live in Zone 5. I've searched every web page I can
and she's read all the books she has. So whatever helpful suggestions
we can get were taking.
