Wish we could have been there. I know how hard you have worked getting
ready for this. Glad the weather cooperated during the tours even if not

Region 18, KS & MO held their spring convention in Springfield, Mo this past
weekend. President's Cup ( in region ) was won by HEARTSTRING STRUMMER, by
Ben Johnson. Cook Award ( out of region ) was SOLOMON'S SEAL, by Allen
Ensminger.
Heavy rain, terrible wind and hail damaged some of the gardens, but didn't
dampen the spirit of all attending the meetings & garden tours. The weather
was perfect Saturday & Sunday and many beautiful iris were seen and enjoyed
!!
Congratulations to the winners, and to all the Iris Society of the Ozarks
members a big THANK YOU !!
