      Yes, I hope I can put it to bed by making a few corrections.

      First, I did not advocate the use of all caps.

     My point was that the use of all caps is not shouting.  Nobody 
can tell or hear that you are shouting.  

    I advocated an exception to the 'rules'.  Let print handicap people 
use all caps if they desire.
