   There are lots of little 'quirks' in judging, this being one.  We've 
talked of FLIGHT OF BUTTERFLIES winning show awards.  The 
last I heard, it was not registered.  Then, there are all of those 
horned/flounced ones not sporting all of their appendages and being 
selected QOS.  I can see giving such cultivars a blue ribbon, but I 
will not vote them Queen, er, Best Specimen.
