Re: AIS: registration, out of class


Plants should be registered based on the characteristics observed in the
hybridizer's (or registrant's) garden.  The registration data should only
reflect the growing and cultivar specific characteristics of the plant for
registration purposes.  Shows and exhibitions are outside the realm of  how
a plant is registered and have no influence on the registration data, nor
should they be considered when registering a plant.
