Go get an organic insecticide called "B.T." BT is organic because it is a
bacteria that affects only caterpillars. It is not a chemical. It doesn't
hurt birds, cats, people at all. It is cheap. Apply liberally. When the
caterpillar chomps on a sprayed leaf, the BT bacteria makes it unable to
digest or eat any more food. They die shortly afterwards. Tomato Horned worms
die in about 6 hours afterwards.
