Anner, I find your methods and experiences with overwintering iris in pots
interesting and informative.  It's always worth knowing what people in
differerent zones do, even if the techniques wouldn't work the same way in
cold, zone 4, NW Iowa.  Forgive me for smiling, though, as I pictured you
under your magnolia "crawling around in...unspeakables."  Lots of room for
imagination there!
