Bobby What you are suggesting is NOT a simple process. A "removal" would need
to be done in an orderly process and that would occur at a duly called Board
of Director's meeting.  It would also only be proper that the person(s) be
present when discussed in a closed session.

Even our President of the United States was allowed to defend himself during
an impeachment.  And I am NOT suggesting that this course of action would or
will occur, as I am not speaking for the Board.

It is premature to ask "why haven't the other TBIS Officers removed her".
Conclusions should not be drawn. I believe communication requests,
suggestions and opinions from you or others to the directors and officers, is
the most appropriate thing to do right now.

I will tell you... that more than one written communication from the St. Louis
Convention Chairman to Ramona has occurred.   I will describe it as "stern",
and I wholly support his communication... and that is all I will say at the
moment.
