I've not seen 1 on either in all this time!    
 
But I have a lot in the 1812 series.  My Jessie's Song X EOE  reblooming 
seedlings both had pods last year and do again this year.   That whole section of 
the garden has a lot of bee pods . . . seedlings and  introduced irises alike. 
 Some I had failed crosses on, later sat bee  pods!  Grr!
