Char.......I'll have Ernie send you a form.  He had some with him at the
convention but
usually the student judge who apprentices bring their own or make
arrangements for the
judges to provide one beforehand.  Did you have one at the Chicago show this
weekend?
I'll have Ernie send you some forms and you can make copies to carry with
you.  If you need
our signatures, let us know.    It was nice to see you again last Saturday.
We always enjoy
