Christian, I'm having good luck with paint markers.  I get the fine  tip 
variety.  The brand I'm currently using is made by Elmer's.  It's  the same 
company that makes the school glue.  I find it in the craft  section.  It works well 
on vinyl blinds and metal rose markers.
