This info is available on the "regular"
weather.com as well, though it's a bit
non-obvious to find. Search on a city, then click
the 10-day forecast link. On that page is an
"Averages and Records" link, which will give
you the same info as the link below.
It is available for Canada (I just looked
at Victoria), though there isn't record
information, just averages.
