Sorry to make corrections but the standard concentration of household bleach
is 5.25%. This I know from personal experience having spent my teen-age years
helping my father manufacture and sell a household bleach for-to-door. The
10% concentration being referred to is the standard dilution ( i.e. 1 part
bleach to 9 parts water). The final concentration of sodium hypochlorite then
becomes 0.525%.
