Kathy--

Finally got here, thanks to you, but I've been lurking and learning since
about the
only thing I know about iris is that they are hardy, have beautiful blooms, and
love to grow grass where you can't pull it.

Back to the bleach. I have two old lady friends who have always sworn by
chlorine
bleach for everything. One had some kind of insect on a plum tree. Bugs were
killing it, so she poured undiluted bleach all over it. The kill or cure
method!
It cured, but I wouldn't do anything that drastic unless it was the same kind of
situation.

Hope we don't get those dreaded bulb mites in the iris.
