Greetings,
Henry and I would like to thank you all for your kind words about our small
essay. We are so happy you enjoyed it. We have historics in our little garden
as well as moderns and species. Some have been gifts from people we met
exploring. Some we inherited. Many, especially my beloved Cayeux irises, have
been gifts from HIPS members. We encourage everyone to include some historics
in their collection, and share the increase. They are tough and beautiful,
many have interesting stories, and they are the progenitors.
