Siberians will grow adequately in California if they have constant
moisture, acid soil, and are NOT transplanted each year. Melrose use to
have about an acre of Siberians. It would be hard to refrigerate each
summer with them in the ground! Anna Mae, we'll enjoy them when we
visit the east.
