My April Bulletin arrived on Monday (May 5) and my ZIP code is in the 84000
range. OTOH, from comments posted to this list I would judge that I was
among the last to receive the January Bulletin, so either there is no
standard sequence for sending out the Bulletins or the Postal Service is
playing pranks.
