Probably, but that cannot be guaranteed.

Yes

Be sure to keep them from becoming overly dry until they get
re-established. Also be sure that you do not
overwater. About the equivalent of one inch water per week
should be fine

This varies with the type of Iris. Bearded Irises are
probably the most forgiving of this.
