Although the Iris season is far behind what is usual here, The
Bluegrass Iris Society is having its annual show at Fayette Mall in
Lexington, KY this Saturday May 17. It will be open to the public once
judging is finished, which should be no later than 1:00 PM EDT. If any of
you will be in this area then, feel free to stop by.
As I write this at 10:15 PM EDT, the temperature is 43 Degrees F. The
forecast low is 35, which is dangerously close to another Kentucky Freeze
Test.
