OT: USDA ZONE Rusty

Rusty,
     You are located in USDA Zone 7.  This would indicate that in a normal
winter, the coldest low temperature you would see will be between Zero and
+10 Degrees Fahrenheit.  You should have no problem growing Irises that
come from California.
