Hi Chuck;
If you have no screaming desire to keep this catalogue, consider
bringing it with you to the convention, and offering it up for auction
at the HIPS meeting. If you don't want to do that, but are not
interested in keeping it for yourself, there are several people out here
who would love to buy it from you, my husband, the immediate past
president of HIPS, for one. He is a fanatical bibliophile!! At any rate,
there you have several options. Otherwise, if you do wish to keep it,
but are feeling generous, you could bring it with you, just to let the
really interested parties drool over it for a short time. Schreiner's
very kindly contributed an immaculate copy of their 1929 iris catalogue
to the HIPS archives, and I believe we will be copying it in the future,
and making copies available for sale to interested parties.
