Hey--that's what I do with Mexican hats, and the native purple asters, which
bloom in the fall (and you should see rebloomers together with those!).

Why we can't all just decide to agree that the little dainty weeds that
crawl in between our TBs' toes are "companion plants"? We could dredge up
their Latinate name, and even stick a name stake next to them, for that
matter. Wouldn't that be sensible, really? ;-)
