Blue flax sounds like it would be something I'd like to have, but judging by
my experience this spring with some other plants, I believe I'd rather grow
it first somewhere other than in the iris bed, since I'm not familiar with
its growth habits.
BTW, thanks for giving your location. I know the Ithaca area only by
hearsay -- I've never been there.
