Bill is correct on both points. It's a good idea to periodically review the
posting policies in the welcome message so as to avoid falling into bad
habits.
Please note, however, that the ADMIN tag is reserved for use by the list
owner. If you think I should post an ADMIN message on some topic, please
write me off-list and make the suggestion.
