Hi nancy--
I learnedhow to do this from the iris-l (Kathy guest, I think) and I'm
glad to pass it along.
Hit remail, highlight what you what to delete, clip the right mouse
button, click delete, and what you don't want should disappear. It took
me a few tries to get the hang of it, but I can do it pretty well now.
