We are closing up the house for another reason - it is dipping down
into the 20s tonight....*but* the good news is little 'Atroviolacea'
is showing a little color on one bud and has the good sense not to
bloom in these temps...it beat out 'Suslik' who is just covered
with elongated buds but the race may not be over until the first
flower opens on these MDBs.
The tulips may actually be the next flowers around here.
Too cold to weed today - or that was my excuse anyway. :)
