Hi Tom;
Kathy Guest, aka Irisborer is the person responsible for Geek Buttons,
but knowing Kathy, she has probably already picked up on your message.
Re: Convention, we do not generally receive any info from the Chamber of
Commerce in the city we are visiting, at least, not before we get there.
Our registration packets often contain an interesting amount of
information about the immediate surounding area, but, again, not always.
I have been told, although you may be reluctant to pass this on, that we
are right across the main drag from a very extensive shopping mall,
which I intend to check out, myself. If you are a memeber of Triple A,
you might want to pick up their tour book for Michigan, and a Detroit
and surrounding area map. If you are not, mayhaps you can use ours.
David and I will be arriving either Monday night, or no later than noon,
Tuesday. David will be attending some meetings, and I think I may be
free for a bit. But if you get in before we do, and wish to avail
yourself of our info, leave a message for us at the desk. We look
forward to seeing you there.
Nancy Silverberg,
Molalla, OR Zone 8. Countdown to departure has begun!!
