I'm a little new to this mail list situation, so I don't have all the moves
down yet, but to answer Rick's question about print films... 100 speed
print films yield higher color saturation and contrast than faster films
(200,400 etc). So your prints will be more lively. KODAK ROYAL GOLD 100,
FUJI SUPER G 100 are always safe bets. FUJI REALA is a real snappy film
designed feor mixed lighting conditions, as when you encounter daylight and
flourescent light in the same picture. For big enlargements KODAK ROYAL
GOLD 25 or the slow speed AGFA films are excellent, but if your processor
is not familiar with these less common films, color could suffer. Remember
print quality is highly dependant on who makes the print. Also remember, if
you want prints shoot print film...if you want slides use slide film. My
BEST advice is use a TRIPOD ,MONOPOD or whatever camera support you can.
Slow films mean slow shutter speeds and camera movement spoils pictures. A
tripod will show you more improvement in your pictures than any other one
thing. Hopes this helps.
