Possible weather problem. My ISP only has 2 entries in his "standard book
of answers" ... 1) "Server must have been in a maintainence cycle" ...2)
"Must be the weather". Since I've lived in your neck of the woods, I hope
the "Weather" answer is a cop out. This time of year your WEATHER is just
