      From what I understand, it has been very cloudy in most of Kentucky
recently.  That is not unusual.  It may well be that COMING UP ROSES is not
getting enough sunlight.
     Soil pH levels vary widely across Kentucky, but most places will fall
somewhere between 5.7 and 6.4.
