As the song goes "You got to know when to hold them, and know when to fold
them" - I fold. I have heard both these names pronounced, but forget the
details, other than that they are not spelled phonetically - like Popo Agie
in Wyoming, for which an iris is named, but the iris name is spelled
phonetically.
