Anybody know if they take longer to settle mostly because

---------------------------------
I have Aphylla clones from SDB size to IB size. One clone
flowers near the ground, then continues to flower higher as
the fans grow.
The Aphylla clones I received from more than a thousand
miles and a couple growing zones away grew a little more
slowly than the clone transplanted from within a mile.
My Aphyllas will quit growing for the year if they run into
a mid or late summer dry spell. If it's a wet summer, and/or
I treat my Aphyllas like pets and keep them watered
throughout the summer, they will grow and continue expanding
their clumps until frost.
