Just want to let y'all know we've been lucky and the blasted contraption is letting us online again.
A neighbor used to repair these fool things for a living so was able to figure out how to get it up and running again. Now all we have to do is catch up on hundreds of emails!

Mike, package is on it's way! I only sneaked a couple of extra things in.
