What about SONJA'S SELAH? Its beautiful, a great grower, and
distinctive. >>
I do already have LEMON POP, HELLO DARKNESS, ACOMA and CITY LIGHTS. My vote
is for HELLO DARKNESS (if I could vote). I loved LEMON POP but have to admit
I'm a TB person and tend to look at those tall things first. Too bad DUSKY
CHALLENGER can't win twice! I'm still amazed at the size of that plant!! I
don't have YAQUINA BLUE and, to tell the truth, I'm tired of so much blue and
purple. I'd love to see a great orange in the running. APHRODISIAC opened
today and I'm still wondering how that thing ever got passed up. Schreiner's
TERRA ROSA is a wonderful thing, too. Gotta love those "Georgia Clay" looking
blooms!
I also have SONJA'S SELAH and I'm just glad someone is having luck with it
because I'm not. This is a second year plant and has yet to bloom for me.
It's looking like one of those road side ditch candidates. I'm keeping it for
one more year though. If it would bloom just once....(sigh).
I see TIGER HONEY making a run for the medal some day. APOLLO ONE is another
that has been catching my eye for almost 3 weeks now. (Kudos Mike!). I also
have to make mention of a 99 introduction that I can't wait to have in my
garden...AARDVARK ANTICKZ from Kasparek. Amazing color!! Hope it does well
here.
I think I'm starting to have that post-bloom thing already. Peak was last
week and the garden is already starting to look naked. :(

I'm taking donations of Iris photos if anyone wants to share!! Gotta have
something to look at. My catalogs are already showing wear!!
