I believe the appropriate procedure to follow when an iris has been
registered, but not introduced, is to exhibit it in the Seedling Division
of an AIS-approved iris show, but to do it under the registered name and
not the seedling number. If I am not mistaken, the irises in question were
being grown in display gardens at last year's AIS Convention in Colorado,
and they were labeled by name.
