Re: CULT: Rhizomes and zones

It is sometimes difficult to tell what zone you're in on a USDA map.  You're best bet might be to make a simple phone call to your local County Extension Service office.  They will surely know what zone you are in.  Hope this helps.

Subject: [iris-talk] CULT: Rhizomes and zones

From: a*@midusa.net

Hello everyone.  This is the newcomer Michelle.  I have two little
questions today.  First, I ordered some rhizomes from Maryotts Gardens
and Rainbow Farms.  I was just wondering if anyone has ordered from them
and if they are any good.  The second question is where I can look to
see exactly what zone I am in?  I have a gardening book that shows the
zones, but it is not clear what zone I fall in.

Thank You,
Michelle
