Re: TB:more Sally irises

From: GWhite & LRader <bentfork@navix.net>

Hello Howard and Gene,

Who knew there were so many irises named Sally. I do know of 2 others,
though, and there may be more with Sally as the 2nd or 3rd word in the name.

MY GAL SAL (R. 1979 by Grosvenor)
    CARELESS SALLY (1996 by Schaefer/Sacks)

By the way, all these Sally irises are Tall Beardeds (to my knowledge) except
for 2. Both SALLY KERLIN (McEwen) and CARELESS SALLY are Siberians.

Gary White, Lincoln, NE
Where the severe weather held off long through the weekend until our show on
Saturday was over and our local iris tour was ending before the downpour came.
Received almost 2 inches of rain in less than 1 hour on Sunday afternoon. Water
was up to headlights on cars at one intersection on our street.
