Thanks Judy - what an interesting pedigree. What do you suppose they
were thinking when they were using MIDWEST GEM? It's one of those 50
chromosome cultivars (as opposed to the usual 48). Are pink and blue
pigment genes on the same chromosomes? Wonder which two got dropped
from MIDWEST GEM in the cross and what the offspring looked like...
