BTW, one further comment on the B&W pix. The current printing/binding
process results in pages being added in multiples of (I believe) 16.
Therefore, the late addition of a necessary page or two can result in
the need to fill in a lot of blank space. So we can expect to see a lot
of these freebies in the future.
