There is a partial index of AIS Bulletins at: 
http://www.magpage.com/~gsis/ais-index.html

It has all of the 90's up to almost current, a big chunk of the 80's and 
selected chunks from other years. This was basically all the issues that 
the volunteers had available to index. The majority of the indexing was 
done by Janet Hueller and I keep it online. Anyone who can index any of 
the missing bulletins, feel free to email them to me!
