Bulk Mail--This mail can be held for up to three (3) days at each post
office or center it encounters. So, you can figure 3 days at the drop off
point, then three days for each intermediate stop. In order to figure out
the intermediate stops, you are on your own. If you have a chatty window
clerk, you might be able to determine that, at least in part, from them.
After that, you are on your own, though if you are the one that drops them
off, you might inquire at the bulk center, and they could give you an idea
at the number of stops between there and where ever.

Hi, I rec'd. mine but strange things happen with bulk mail. 'The
Siberian Iris' fall issue landed in Washington state FIRST. They
were mailed in Vermont Nov. 18th and I didn't get mine yet and I
live in New Hampshire. (and I am the one that mailed them :-)
